Emily Pascual is a senior consultant with PSTG. She has over thirteen years of experience leading transformative projects in both the private and public sectors. Emily specializes in mobilizing initiatives into operation through her expertise in project management, business process design, and group facilitation. She is also knowledgeable in business architecture.

Emily has her roots in manufacturing. She was responsible for transformative initiatives such as: the selection and integration of new technologies into existing facilities; the design of new processes to improve throughput and quality; and the technical oversight of new products transitioning from research and development into full scale production. In the public sector, she has used her transformative skills for initiatives such as: future state process and organizational design; the development of migration plans from current to future state business models; the development and start-up of transformation programs; and current state inventories and assessments.
Emily has completed her bachelors of engineering in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo, is a Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional.
