Heather Lannigan works with public sector organizations across Canada and abroad to design and implement human resource strategies and programs. Her areas of expertise include: organizational assessment and design, HR policy and program development, recruitment and retention, change management, employee communication and engagement, and compensation.

Heather obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and holds the Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP).  She is completing her Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) at the University of Toronto on a part-time basis.
