Jennifer is a Principal Consultant with PSTG and has been with the firm for over eight years. She has close to twenty years of experience specializing in public sector business transformation, project management and operational design and assessment. Jennifer has a strong track record of combining analytical rigor with pragmatism to develop solutions that are creative yet practical.
Jennifer’s experience across a broad spectrum of provincial ministries – on projects ranging from strategy development through to program design and implementation – provides her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by government – and many ideas on how to address them. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. As well, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is trained in lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
