Dariusz is a Principal with PSTG Consulting and leads the Energy practice providing transformation consulting services to Utility and Oil & Gas industries. He has over fifteen years of consulting experience and has worked with major Canadian and international energy companies.

Dariusz focuses on operations strategy implementation, process improvement and change management related to both organizational change and technology implementation. His expertise includes organization model redesign, governance and business processes optimization from finance, IT and procurement to customer care, maintenance and field operations. He assists clients in assessments, business cases and implementation of new services, IT systems, joint ventures, shared services and outsourcing.

Prior to joining PSTG, Dariusz led the Transformation practice and Operations Strategy practice at major consulting firms. He has an engineering background, MBA from University of Western Ontario and Operations Strategy diploma from Harvard Business School.
